Getting Started

This guide will help you get up and running with the AI and Social Work platform quickly and efficiently.

Creating an Account

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Visit the Sign Up page

  2. Choose your preferred registration method:

    • Email and password
    • Google account
    • Other OAuth providers
  3. Provide required information:

    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Password (if using email/password)
  4. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox

Step 2: Choose Your Role

During registration, you'll select your primary role:

  • Practitioner: For professional social workers
  • Educator: For teachers and trainers
  • Student: For learners and trainees

Your role determines which tools and features you'll have access to. You can change your role later in account settings if needed.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

After creating your account:

  1. Navigate to SettingsProfile
  2. Add additional information:
    • Organization (optional)
    • Country/Region
    • Professional credentials (for practitioners)
    • Educational institution (for students/educators)

Logging In

Standard Login

  1. Go to the Sign In page
  2. Enter your credentials
  3. Click "Sign In"

Forgot Password?

If you forget your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  4. Follow the instructions to create a new password

Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)

For enhanced security, you can enable two-factor authentication:

  1. Go to SettingsSecurity
  2. Enable "Two-Factor Authentication"
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  4. Enter the verification code to confirm

Choosing and Activating a Plan

Selecting Your Plan

  1. Visit the Pricing page
  2. Review available plans
  3. Click "Get Started" on your chosen plan

Payment Process

  1. Click "Subscribe" on your selected plan
  2. Enter payment information (powered by Stripe)
    • Credit/Debit card
    • Payment is processed securely
  3. Review and confirm your subscription
  4. Access is granted immediately

Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Choose "Change Plan"
  4. Select your new plan
  5. Confirm the change
  • Upgrades: Active immediately
  • Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle
